I have been fortunate to work in a wide variety of industries over the years and meet the most wonderful individuals.  Throughout my varied experiences, I have always felt an overwhelming call to the natural health and wellness realm and when I embraced this calling whole heartedly, it was (and is) magic!  

HOM is the integration of my experience and skills in collaboration with like minded professionals dedicated to promoting and practicing holistic wellness.   I am so passionate about serving people in a way that helps empower them in their well being.

Committed to identifying and treating root causes, my work has focused on helping clients recover from surgery, increase range of motion, improve postural integrity, reduce pain and promote overall health. 

With a strong foundation in both the science and art of bodywork, I am a well-rounded practitioner trained in several modalities including a 2200 hour Registered Massage Therapist Diploma from Mount Royal University and a Certification in Thai Massage Therapy from the Sacred Asia School of Massage. Additional areas of specialty include Dynamic Cupping, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Global Health Systems, Environmental Medicine, End of Life Care, Oncology and Palliative Care Massage, and Pregnancy and Infant Massage.

I am so blessed to also be able to share this knowledge and experience as a passionate, award winning instructor.  I have taught thousands of practitioners in various courses of Osteology, Myology,  Arthrology, Gross Anatomy and Oncology Massage with organizations such as the University of Alberta - Department of Medicine, Foothills Hospital, MaKami College, Lymph Balance Centre, and Seminars for Health.
