COVID-19 Screening
We have put extra precautions and cleaning measures in place to ensure your health and safety, which is always our first priority. These measures include all recommended public health and safety mandates, including your therapist wearing PPE during your treatment. Clients are required to wear a mask as well, we have a supply on hand or you can bring your own.
Please expect to receive a screening and COVID-19 waiver form prior to your appointment.
Ideally, fill this out and please email it back. If unable to do so, please bring it along to your appointment.
Cancellations
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you.
Typically, in order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule appointments by phone, email or through your online booking confirmation. However, we understand during this challenging time, that circumstances can change rapidly, so if you are not feeling well, contact us to reschedule and do not attend.
​Same day appointments
Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying for the full price of the appointment.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3 or more massage treatments we require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.
A credit card will be required to secure all group bookings.
Arriving Late
We do our best to maintain a punctual, consistent schedule. If you arrive late, we will try to adjust without compromising the next appointment, otherwise your treatment time may be shortened with regular fees applied. If we are late, your appointment time will not be adjusted and your full appointment time will be completed.
