Cancellations
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside specifically for you.
In order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require 24 hours notice to change, cancel and/or reschedule appointments by phone, email or through our online booking system. However, we understand that challenging circumstances can change rapidly, so if you are not feeling well or an emergency has occurred please contact us to reschedule.
Canceling your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment time or no showing your appointment will result in us requiring you to pay your next appointment in advance. This advance payment must be paid a week before the appointment time or you forfeit that appointment slot.
Note that we will accept you sending a friend or family member in your place for the appointment and it won't be considered a no show or late cancellation.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3 or more massage treatments we require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.
A credit card will be required to secure all group bookings.
Arriving Late
We do our best to maintain a punctual, consistent schedule. If you arrive late, we will try to adjust without compromising the next appointment, otherwise your treatment time may be shortened with regular fees applied. If we are late, your appointment time will not be adjusted and your full appointment time will be completed.
